A: You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred items, choosing your size, and completing checkout securely. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Q: Do you ship within the UK?
A: Yes, we offer two shipping options for UK customers:

Standard Delivery (Free): Delivered within 3–5 business days.

DPD 2 Day Delivery (£6.49): Orders placed before 11 AM (Monday–Friday) will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched the following working day.
- Saturday Delivery (£7.99) Orders placed before 11 AM (Thursday) will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched the following working day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping for USA & Canada, Middle East, Asia, East Asia, New Zealand and Australia £15 and European Countries £12.99 Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on your country. These fees are paid to the courier before delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To request a return label, please email our customer service team at info@rayvour.com. Once you receive your return label, you can dispatch the item back to us so we can process your refund.
Q: Are returns free?
A: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs vary depending on your country and region, and this amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
